Next year, will mark the 16th Oakland International Film Festival. A film festival that seeks to promote independent filmmakers and the stories they tell at various locations in the City of Oakland is creating a vehicle for indie filmmakers in Oakland and beyond to share their stories. Submissions for the Oakland International Film Festival come from all over the world.
